In Greene County district court James Alan Watters, 50, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty Jan. 4 to charges of domestic abuse assault display or use weapon, intimidation with dangerous weapon, assault with intent to commit sexual assault, and burglary- first degree. A trial date was set for Feb. 28.
Cases were initiated as follows: Brandon Michael Silbaugh, 23, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- first offense; and Christopher Hollis Christian, 36, of Grand Junction, driving while license barred.
