In Greene County magistrate court disposition was entered Sept. 14 in a case against Somaly O. Jones of Des Moines on a charge of trespass (violating self-exclusion at Wild Rose Casino). He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, $60 restitution for his court appointed attorney and $203.40 court costs. Jones paid by bond forfeiture.

Hardin Happy Husters: The regular monthly meeting of the Hardin Happy Hustlers was held on Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Extension office in Jefferson. There were 16 members present.
