The Greene County girls basketball team is at 0-2 for the season after losing to Ogden in Jefferson Monday night. The team cut the number of turnovers from 33 against PCM last week to only 13, but still came up on the short end of a 52-36 score.

A service of remembrance was held Tuesday, Nov. 29, at First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson for James “Jim” Oliver Conner, 90, of Jefferson. Words of comfort were offered by the Rev Gordon Moen, pastor of the church. Mark Conner gave the eulogy. Soloist was Gary, with accompanist Keri Brooker.
