In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Dec. 14 against Ashely Ann Jones of Grand Junction on a charge of reckless driving, amended from operating while intoxicated- first offense. Jones was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. She must pay $90 for her court appointed attorney and $100 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Matthew Dean Jacobson of Scranton on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $227.5 surcharge. He must also pay $5.01 restitution to Kum & Go and $124 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Zachery Allen Waters of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $142.47 court costs. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. In a separate case he was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered against Michael C. McAtee of Grand Junction on a charge of assault- simple, amended from domestic abuse assault- first offense. McAtee was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $110.86.
A judgment was entered against Shelley Marie Gilbertson of Scranton on charges of assault- simple and trespass. Gilbertson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $148.60.
A judgment was entered against Travis Christopher Fincel of Grand Junction on a charge of violation of a protective order. Fincel was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
In a new case not previously listed on the docket a judgment was entered against Alonso Prats Dionisio of Rockford, IL, on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
