Jefferson received. 1.01 inch during the week that ended Nov. 25. The .93 inch that fell Tuesday was the first rainfall that topped a half-inch since Sept. 16. It brought the total for November to 1.04 inch. According to KCCI’s SchoolNet 8, average rainfall for Nov. 1-25 is 1.42 inch.
