In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 4 against Robert Alan Fry of Jefferson on a charge of assault. Fry was initially charged with domestic abuse assault- second offense. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $156.50 court costs.
A judgment was entered Nov. 9 against Rachael Nicole Fields of Des Moines on a charge of domestic abuse assault- first offence. Fields was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered against Fashion Marie Foster of Perry on a charge of trespass. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $93.38. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
A judgment was entered against Jamie Jo Francis Theulen of Scranton on a charge of assault. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $128.60. A charge of trespass was dismissed.
