In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 2 against Mitchell Lane Mothei of Jefferson on a charge of fraudulent practice- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay $125 restitution. Court costs were $60.
