Rippey will be a busy, fun place with a Fall Festival and Cartoberfest this Saturday, Oct. 29.
Cars, trucks, motorcycles and tractors all looking their best will be on display on Main Street from 2 to 5 pm.
Competitive cooks will enjoy a barbecue cook-off and a soup/chili cook-off. There will be games and activities for all ages, including a bags tournament and horseshoes. A one-night stay at the Hotel Pattee in Perry will be raffled and several area restaurants have donated prize packages.
The Fall Festival will conclude with a free showing of the Disney movie ‘Hocus Pocus” at 5:15 pm at the library.
