Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment during the week ending Oct. 13 as follows: Christopher Hollis Christian, 36, of Grand Junction, driving while license barred; Karah Jean Brown, 19, of Jefferson, harassment- first degree and burglary- second degree; Ryan James Brown, 44, of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fourth degree; Jessica Jane Marie Martin, 31, of Lake City, driving while license revoked; and Jackson Henry Naylor, 23, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- first offense. Trial dates were set for Dec. 13 in every case.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week that ended Oct. 10 as follows: Patricia Ann Haynes, 33, of Scranton, domestic abuse assault causing injury/mental illness; and Robert Oscar Whitenack, 34, of Denison, domestic abuse assault impeding blood/air flow.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Angela Dawn Beem, 45, of Webster City has been charged with unauthorized use of credit under $1,000.
