In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 5 against Michael Eugene Hamilton of Grand Junction of a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. Hamilton was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay $200 restitution and $81.50 court costs. A charge of violation of a no contact order was dismissed.
