In Greene County district court during the week ending Sept. 22 persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Talon David Church, 19, of Ogden, possession of marijuana- second offense and possession with intent to deliver; Christopher Michael Andrew, 19, of Scranton, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness (two counts); and Brenda J. Kennedy, 45, of Grand Junction, unlawful possession of prescription drug (two counts), unlawful manufacture/ deliver/ possession with intent to deliver marijuana less than 50 kg, and unlawful manufacture/ deliver/ possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. A trial date was set for Dec. 13 for Church and for Nov. 1 for Andrew and Kennedy.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Travis Austin Smith, 25, of Jefferson has been charged with domestic abuse assault impeding blood/air flow. The warrant was issued June 29 and returned Sept. 14.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Jessica Jane Marie Martin, 31, of Lake City has been charged with driving while license revoked. The warrant was issued Aug. 20 and returned Sept. 21.
