Paton-Churdan and Greene County students enjoyed homecoming activities during the past week including themed dress-up days, powder puff football, a twilight glo-run, “color wars” and more.
The homecoming parade on Friday afternoon is a favorite event for many members of the community.
This year the Greene County student council had help from the Greene County Chamber of Commerce in recruiting businesses to participate in the parade. Intermediate School students were also in the parade, wearing shirts proclaiming “We’re not here to be average. We’re here to be awesome.”
