In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Sept. 8 against Brandon Michael Mitchell of Jefferson on charges of criminal mischief- fifth degree, assault- simple, trespass and disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. He must also pay $200 victim restitution, $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees, and $419.26 court costs. In a new case on the docket, a judgment was entered against Dray Rivera of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 state surcharge and a $5 county enforcement surcharge. On a second charge in the same case he was fined $65 for disorderly conduct; that fine was suspended.
