Greene County Development Corporation will hold its annual meeting Wednesday, Sept 14, at Wild Rose Casino in Jefferson.
The evening will start with a cocktail hour at 6 pm. The dinner and meeting will begin around 6:45 pm with the program lasting until around 8:30 pm. The goal of the evening is to make sure Greene County residents are informed of the wide range of projects currently going on in the county. This session will give local officials, businesses and their guests a chance to interact with Greene County Development Corporation staff and board members.
Dinner tickets will be $20 per person. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.
The program will include updates from Mid-American Energy and Scranton Manufacturing. In addition, Peg Raney from Jefferson Matters: Main Street will give an update on the Jefferson downtown revitalization project and Bob Fagan of Spencer will give an update on the progress after Spencer’s housing study.
