Jefferson man listed as ‘missing’
Dennis Dean Murphy, 61, of Jefferson was listed Aug. 15 on the FBI’s National Crime Information Center data base after his wife Marlene reported she has had no contact from him since Aug. 9. Jefferson police chief Mark Clouse said no foul play is suspected. There is not an active search for Murphy.
