In Greene County district court Deann Marie Goff, 34, of Jefferson was sentenced to two years in prison after she pleaded guilty to forgery (aggravated misdemeanor), amended from forgery (class D felony). In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 6 against James Leon Cunningham of Jefferson on a charge of interference with official acts. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 state surcharge and a $5 county surcharge. Court costs were $60. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
