The Churdan library will welcome two women who will tell a memorable story of “A Special Gift of a Lifetime” Monday, July 11, at 1:30 pm.
Alissa Massner and Kris Kaufman will tell stories of organ donation from two different perspectives. Kaufman, who lives in Farnhamville, received the liver of Massner’s son. Both will tell their stories.
“This will be an important program about the unselfish gift of love by the family, hoping to give another family the continued love of a parent, grandparent and friend,” library director Shari Minnehan said.
The public is encouraged to attend.
