In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 1 against Ronnie Neal of Marshalltown on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. He must also pay restitution of $180 for his court appointed attorney’s fees.
A judgment was entered against Shiela Ann Rice of Paton on a charge of assault-simple, amended from a charge in district court of assault while displaying a weapon. Rice was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and $100 court costs.
A judgment for time served was entered June 1 against Craig Darwin Presley of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
A judgment for a $100 fine was entered against Joseph Ross Jabaay of Jefferson on a charge of trespass. He must also pay a $35 surcharge, a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $60 court costs.
