In Greene County district court James Leon Cunningham, 41, of Jefferson was found not guilty at a jury trial May 10 on a charge of child endangerment. All costs were assessed to the state.

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Greg Van Sickle of Dewey, AZ, on a charge of public intoxication. He was sentenced to time served and must pay a $48 sheriff’s fee and $60 court costs. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
