In Greene County district court Stephanie Arvella Goff, 45, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty April 25 to charges of possession of methamphetamine- third or subsequent offense, possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense, burglary-third degree (two counts0 and theft third degree. A trial date was set for June 21.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Jared Dean Dennhardt, 27, of Jefferson, criminal mischief-second degree; Ryan James Brown, 43, of Jefferson, criminal mischief-second degree; Sheldon Dean McMain, 19, of Boone, possession of marijuana; Jonathan Mitchell Cole, 18, of Des Moines, operating while intoxicated- first offense; Christina Marie Funke, 33, of Guthrie Center, OWI- first offense; and Kole Higgins, 21, of Grand Junction, driving while license barred.
