The Greene County Singers, an off-shoot of the community chorus that sang at the Habitat for Humanity Nativity Festival, made their public debut at the Relay for Life last Saturday.
More singers of all abilities are welcome. The group rehearses Sundays form 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Prairie Blue on the west side of the courthouse square in Jefferson. The group’s next performance is at the rededication of the courthouse’s cornerstone Sunday, May 15, at 2:30 pm.
For more information about the Greene County Singers call director Sheilah McGregor Pound at 515-391-0558 or attend a rehearsal.
