Rob Schultz, owner of the Jefferson Pizza Ranch, has been charged in connection with the fire at the restaurant in the early morning of Jan. 27. Robert Duane Schultz Jr, 53, of Ankeny has been charged with arson-first degree (Class B felony), criminal mischief-first degree (Class C felony), and insurance fraud (Class D felony).
