Mary Jo Springer (right) recently presented a check for $600 on behalf of Beta Tau Delta to the Webb House to assist with the costs of utilities. Accepting for the Webb House were (from left) Will Funcke, Brock Badger, Devin Villalobos, Jim North, and DJ Bumgardner.
The Webb House provides a safe and supervised venue for the youth of Greene County to meet, socialize, and have fun. Beta Tau Delta has raised funds to support programs and activities for youth for more than nine decades and has assisted with heating and utility expenses for the Webb House for several years.
“We are proud to be able to help meet the needs of youth in our county communities and grateful to all those who have supported our organization with donations to our various fundraisers,” commented a spokesperson for Beta Tau Delta. “We in turn are then able to respond to financial needs, whether they are critical and immediate or annual and supportive.”
All funds raised by the organization are designated for youth programs and needs in Greene County only.
