Funeral services for Mark Porter, 60, of Ames were held Monday, March 14, at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson. Pastor Ken Bose of Trinity Lutheran Church offered words of comfort. Lamb Producers banquet is next Saturday

The Greene County Lamb Producers will hold their annual banquet Saturday, March 19, at Clover Hall on the Greene County Fairgrounds.
