(Edited Jan. 27 with different dates)
Animal Protection and Education (APE) charity is marking Spay Day 2016 with a pair of low cost spay and neuter clinics for cats.
Clinics will be held Mondays, Feb.15 and Feb. 29, in Grand Junction. Cats will be spayed/neutered by a licensed DVM, microchipped and treated for fleas, earmites, roundworms and hookworms. The spay package for female cats is $40 and the neuter package is $50. To save $5, “like” APE’s Facebook page and share the clinic event.
Cats as young as eight weeks can be safely altered provided they appear in good health and weigh at least two pounds.
Reservations are required and can be made online at www.GoAPE.Info. Persons who want more information can email united4ape@gmail.com.
