In Greene County district court Dustin Michael McGuire, 30, of Manson pleaded not guilty Dec. 30 to charges of possession of marijuana and public intoxication-second offense. A trial date was set of March 1.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Zachary Wailes, 19, of Breda, possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense, and eluding while participating in a felony or causing bodily injury; and Zuez Ann Smith, 45, of Lake City, unlawful possession of prescription drug.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Michael Lynn Heard Sr, 54, of Jefferson has been charged with forgery (11 counts).
