Installation of first rooftop art under way

The first piece of rooftop art around the courthouse square in Jefferson will be dedicated and celebrated this Saturday, June 6. The colorful art, “Renewed Dreams” by Stephanie Hammond, is on the roof of Skeeter Creek Fabricators at 104 of E.
