The six-week course was originally slated to begin June 15 but has been delayed to begin June 29. New Grand Junction Community Center The construction of a new community center in Grand Junction passed another benchmark Monday. The city council accepted the low bid of $1,128,700 from Jensen Builders of Fort Dodge for construction. Weather permitting, construction will start within the next month.
