In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Dec. 16 in a case against Nicole Marie Choate of Grand Junction. Choate was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge on each of two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Two counts of accessory to a misdemeanor were dismissed. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered in magistrate court Dec. 9 in a case against Juan Guzman of Jefferson. Guzman was charged in district court with false report of indictable offense to public official. The charge was amended to false report and a judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered in magistrate court. Court costs were $121.
A charge in district court against Nicholas Anthony Balderas of Bagley of public intoxication-second offense was amended to public intoxication-first offense and a judgment was entered Dec. 16 in magistrate court. Balderas was sentenced to time served and he must pay $48 sheriff’s fees. A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered on a charge of interference with official acts. Court costs were $60.
