The Greene County wrestling team filled six weight classes for a Heart of Iowa dual meet in Baxter Dec. 10.
The Rams lost to the CMB Raiders 42-21. Kane Borgeson (120) won by fall in 1:48 over Tate Ewing and Hunter Ruth (195) won by fall in 1:18 over Cody Galbraith. Isaiah Yoder (160) won by decision 3-0 over Evan Baichi, and Tommy Bradshaw (170) won by forfeit. Garrett McDowell (132) lost by fall in 1:33 to Caleb Fullerton, and Isaac Ireland (138) lost by fall in 1:08 to Lane Howes.
The Rams lost to the Gilbert Tigers 75-15. Yoder won by fall in 3;04 over Russell Jennet, Tommy Bradshaw won by fall in 2:30 over Noah Ante, and Ruth won by decision 5-1 over Chris McGuire. Borgeson lost by decision 3-6 to Stephen Shuka, McDowell lost fy fall in :48 to Brock Harris, and Ireland lost by fall in 2:21 to Jake Larimore.
