In Greene County district court Albert John Wolfe, 23, of Glidden was sentenced to two days in jail after pleading guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated-first offense, amended from OWI-second offense. He was given credit for jail time served in a Carroll County case. He must follow the recommendations of a substance abuse evaluation he has already undergone, and he must complete community college drinking driver course. Wolfe was fined $1,250 with a $437.50 surcharge and a $10 surcharge for drug abuse resistance education (DARE). Court costs were $100. (Sentencing: Honorable Adria A. Kester)
