Marilyn Ganoe is doing your holiday baking for you. She’s preparing for the upcoming Cookie Parade, to be held Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 am to noon at St Joseph Parish Center, 501 N. Locust St, in Jefferson.
The Cookie Parade will feature hundreds of dozens of holiday cookies, along with homemade candies. Indian tacos and coffee and sweet rolls will be available for those who have time to “set a spell.”
The cookies are priced by the bucket, with selecting exactly the right cookies to fill the bucket part of the fun. Bring last year’s bucket for savings on this year’s cookies. The Cookie Parade is a fundraiser of the women of the parish (with some help from others).
All are welcome.
