In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Angela Bonnette of Jefferson. Bonnette was charged in district court with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury. The charge was amended to assault simple and she was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $100 domestic/sexual abuse, stalking, human trafficking victim surcharge. Court costs were $141.38.
Nicholas Anthony Balderas of Bagley was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge on a charge of interference with official acts. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered against Brian Matthew Wolf of Jefferson on a charge of criminal mischief-fifth degree, amended from a district court charge of criminal mischief-fourth degree, and trespass causing injury or damage greater than $200. Wolf was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge, $250 victim restitution and $100 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Becky Kinyon of Boon on two counts of assault-simple, amended from two counts of domestic abuse assault-simple. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each of the two counts. Court costs were $166.79.
In a new case on the docket Delores Ellen Armstrong of Adel paid a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge on a charge of trespass. Court costs were $60.
