A big night of Halloween fun for kids in Jefferson
Jefferson’s Halloween Triple Crown Thursday was a huge success despite the cold weather. The annual event, always the Thursday before Halloween, is coordinated by the Jefferson park and recreation department, the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and the Jefferson public library.
