JPD tells results of special enforcement
Jefferson police officers conducted a special Traffic Enforcement Project (sTEP) from Aug. 25 through Sept. 7. JPD captain Mark Clouse reports that officers investigated four accidents that time, arrested three drivers for operating while intoxicated, made one narcotics arrest, served two arrest warrants and did one canine search.
