Sunday, Oct. 4: Friends of Rippey will meet on at 6:30 pm in the community room. Other projects and items may be discussed also, as the group hasn’t met for a while.

News in and around Rippey:
On Sunday, Sept. 27, Jean Borgeson visited with her aunt Virginia Siglin, who is currently in the skilled care unit of Legacy Pointe in Waukee. Virginia fell a few weeks ago and underwent a partial hip replacement. Jean also visited with Pam Sanders, who lives in one of the Legacy Pointe town homes that surround the complex that Virginia is in. The women had a nice visit.
