The Jefferson park and recreation department will host a local NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition next Monday, Sept. 21, at Kelso park. Check in will begin at 6:30 pm with the competition starting at 6:45. Rain date is Sept. 28.
The NFL Punt, Pass and Kick program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 15. Children compete in age groups, with the champion of each group invited to advance to a sectional competition in October or early November.
There is no charge. Pre-registration is requested by not required. Forms, including the NFL liability waiver, are available here or at the Greene County Community Center. Official rules are available at nflppk.com
