In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Mark James Hurley of Bayard in a case initiated in district court after Hurley pleaded guilty to a charge of assault-simple, amended from assault causing bodily injury. Hurley was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $100.
A judgment was entered against Kathleen Ann Specht of Jefferson on a charge of disorderly conduct. Specht was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
