Routine business for Scranton city council

The Scranton city council handled routine business for the month at its Sept. 8 meeting. A public hearing was held on the sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement with no written or oral comments received. The council voted unanimously to secure the payment of a $216,000 sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement (IFA interim loan and disbursement).
