The new school year begins next Monday, Aug. 24, for students in the Greene County and Paton-Churdan districts. Students in the Greene County district will be dismissed early Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday according to the usual Wednesday schedule (intermediate school at 1:30, middle and elementary at 1:40, and high school at 1:45 pm).
