In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment July 24 as follows: Lance Michael Ross, 18, of Grand Junction, criminal mischief-second degree and criminal mischief-third degree; and Jordan Robert Stewart, 22, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana-second offense. Trial dates were set for Sept. 29 in both cases.
A case was initiated against Larry Lee Warren Varnell, 21, of Churdan, driving while license barred.
