In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 8 against Jeremy Ernest Andrews of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Andrews was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge, $19.99 restitution and $21.50 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Freedom Hope Ore of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. She was fined 465 with a $22.75 surcharge. She must also pay a $125 LEI surcharge, $42.96 restitution and $81.50 court costs.
Chad Lee Ferguson and Traci Leigh Ferguson, both of Jefferson, were granted deferred judgments on charges of disorderly conduct. They must each pay a civil penalty of $65 with $60 court costs. They were both placed on informal probation for one year.
