Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending June 19 as follows: John Michael McConnell of Jefferson, dark window/windshield, $50; *Robert Lawayne Dennis of Princeton, TX, and Helen Frances Finn of Jefferson, failure to maintain control, $100; *Chester Junior Sargent of Scranton, failure to give continuous turn signal, $35; Kelly Patrick Sheets of Nevada, inoperative turn signal, $50; Carolyn Irene Sloan of Jefferson, failure to use headlamps when needed, $30; and Judy Marie Wills of Clive and James Hans Giese of Jefferson, both operation without registration, $50.

Failure to obey stop/yield sign, $100: Jorie Evelyn Marie Trueblood of Gowrie and *Laura Mignon Rasmussen of Jefferson.
Hunting/fishing violations: Kyle Abernathy of Jefferson, no license or permit costing less than $10, $20.
Commercial motor vehicle violations: Everett Beebe of Jefferson, operating without proof of periodic inspection, $50.
Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Troy Allen Binkley of Jefferson, failure to wear/maintain safety belt, $50; William J. Wright of Scranton and Michelle Anne Halbnur of Bagley, both speed, $20; and Shannon Haley-Funcke of Jefferson, no valid driver’s license, $200.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
