Just about every part of the 2015 Bell Tower Festival lived up to the circus theme, Bell Tower Big Top, with the festival as the biggest show in Greene County.
That included the art show, held at the Greene County Historical Museum. This year’s show was bigger than ever, with more than 70 pieces of art exhibited by 25 different artists.
Art by Brad Bendickson of Grand Junction was particularly intriguing. Bendickson combined photography, computer design, machining, painting and various varnishes and lacquers for a new version of pointillism.
Multi-faceted GreeneCountyNewsOnline columnist Colleen O’Brien showed her painting “Tahoe Spaceships.”
Jeriyln Denman of Jefferson displayed her painting “Magnolias,”
and Joseph Murray of Scranton shared several of his paintings.
Art in a variety of media was on display, including the Ken Bose’s signature barns.
