Organizers of the Bell Tower Festival talked about how much fun it would be to have elephants at the Bell Tower Big Top, but the cost was a lot more than peanuts. Bell Tower Big Top draws big number of vendors
The days of the courthouse square being packed with vendors for the Bell Tower Festival have returned. Angie Pedersen, Bell Tower Festival coordinator, reports that carnival rides by Amusement Associates will take up the east side of the square, and vendors will fill the other three sides.
