The coed State Track and Field Meet wrapped up at Drake Stadium today. The Greene County Rams had two events, the girls sprint medley relay and the final of the shuttle hurdle relay. Paton-Churdan senior Jake Carey ran in the 800 meter run.
SATURDAY RESULTS
- 3A Girls sprint medley relay – (Mollie Sorber, Emma Saddoris, Emily Christensen, Olivia Hansen), 10th place, 1:50.73. Winning time was Boone’s 1:47.48
- 1A Boys 800 m run – Jake Carey of Paton-Churdan, 15th place, 2:05.85. Winning time 1:59.23 by Kyle Dolecheck of Mount Ayr
- 3A Girls shuttle hurdle relay finals – (Mollie Sorber, Nadia Fisher, Sarah Sandage, Eme Johnson), 7th place, 1:08.24. Winning time 1:03.89 by Clear Creek-Amana.
