JEFFERSON – UnityPoint Clinic announces the opening of a new clinic in Jefferson. UnityPoint Clinic – Greene County will open May 18 when Sara Fleecs, ARNP, will begin seeing patients.
Fleecs completed her undergraduate education at Grand View University before earning her graduate degree from Briar Cliff University. She is board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Prior to her position at Greene County, Fleecs served as a provider at UnityPoint Clinic – Family Medicine –Fort Dodge.
Fleecs will be temporarily seeing patients in Greene County Medical Center’s specialty clinics, located at 1000 W. Lincoln Way, until UnityPoint Clinic – Greene County opens in its own space, adjacent to Greene County Medical Center on July 6.
Appointments can be scheduled beginning May 18 by calling 515-386-0500. “UnityPoint Clinic looks forward to providing the Greene County area the best health care possible, close to home,” a spokesperson said.
