Spots reserved for Greene County residents until May 17
The Bill Riley Talent Search will once again be part of the Bell Tower Festival entertainment.
The show is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, at 5 pm on the plaza stage. Entries are now being accepted with priority given to Greene County residents through May 17. After that date, entries will be accepted from out of county participants in the order that completed entry forms are received.
The talent show is open to performers of any genre ages 2- 12 (sprout division) and 13-21 (senior division). Winners from each division will advance to the Iowa State Fair. Cash prizes will be awarded to first, second and third places and all participants will receive a ribbon. There is already a waiting list of out of county hopefuls. In order to showcase more Greene County talent, performers should not hesitate to enter, Friess-Schilling said.
