Early bird special ends May 10
The Greene County Master Gardeners remind area gardeners that Monday, May 10, is the last day to register for the June 6 bus trip at the reduced cost of $45.
Planned stops on the tour include the Newton Arboretum and Botanical Gardens (pictured), a special lunch in Pella, Sunny Slope Greenhouse, the Neal Smith Wildlife Refuge and Quilted Gardens and Nursery.
The tour is open to anyone; having done the Master Gardener program is not necessary. The cost includes lunch and admission to the arboretum.
