The Greene County 4-H and FFA sheep and goat weigh-in is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, from 7:30 to 10:30 am at the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson. All market lambs and goats to be exhibited at the 2015 Greene County Fair are required to be weighed and tagged during this time, with complete identification forms turned in.

Statewide there were 2.7 days suitable for fieldwork; west central farmers had even less time in the field, with 2.3 days.
